Haiwaan (2026)
Haiwaan centers on a tense conflict involving a visually impaired man, a young girl, and a dangerous criminal figure. The story places its characters in a situation where trust, justice, and personal courage become increasingly important.
Saif Ali Khan plays a visually impaired martial artist who becomes determined to protect a girl from a dangerous killer. Akshay Kumar takes on a darker role as the antagonist, giving the film a very different dynamic from the pair’s earlier collaborations.
The movie is inspired by Priyadarshan’s Malayalam thriller Oppam, although the director has emphasized that Haiwaan should be viewed as a fresh interpretation rather than simply a recreation of the earlier film.
